The Need-to-Know Before You Go

We can’t wait to see you at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us. As a reminder, there will be NO OUTSIDE LAWN CHAIRS permitted into the venue. Lawn Chairs are available to rent, subject to availability. *Keep an eye on our website and social media handles, as guidelines are subject to change.

BOX OFFICE: The box office at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre will be open on Fridays from 12pm-6pm and on show days starting at 12pm. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. We look forward to seeing you at our next show at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre.

GATES: Parking lots will generally open two hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually one hour prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

WHEN YOU GET HERE: You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY: Before you head to the venue, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here. Your phone is your ticket.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY: We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to a cash-to-card booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free & with no fees).

BAGS: We allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).

THE MERCH: Find your favorite artist's merch at our merch booths in multiple places throughout the venue.

RECYCLING: You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!
